What you'll do

In Customer Success, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our product. You'll guide customers from onboarding through to measurable SEO and GEO wins, run quarterly business reviews, proactively identify growth opportunities, and advocate for customer needs with our product team. Your goal is to ensure customers see real value, adopt our platform deeply, and become champions who help us shape the future of our tooling.

What we're looking for

We're looking for CS professionals with 3+ years in B2B SaaS, strong communication and consultative skills, and a track record of driving adoption and retention. SEO or marketing tool experience is a big plus, as is familiarity with success metrics like NPS, churn, and expansion. You should be proactive, organized, and genuinely excited about helping customers win in a rapidly evolving space.
