What you'll do
As a data scientist at jorgeCastro.ai, you'll define how we measure success—both for our customers and ourselves. You'll build analytics frameworks, design experiments, analyze SERP and usage data, and turn findings into actionable insights that inform product roadmaps and customer strategies. You might build lightweight data products, create dashboards that tell a story, or run causal analyses to understand what drives retention and growth.
What we're looking for
We're looking for data scientists who are strong in SQL and Python, comfortable with statistical methods and experimentation, and skilled at translating data into clear narratives. Experience with product analytics, growth metrics, or experimentation frameworks is highly valued. You should be comfortable working with messy data, asking the right questions, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive decisions.
